USAID Improving Access to Employment Program

Since 1961, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has been the lead agency of the Government of the United States provides assistance to countries recovering from disaster, are struggling to escape poverty and implement democratic reforms. In El Salvador, USAID is funding the USAID Improving Access to Employment Program to match the demands of the private sector labor supply, which will result in benefits for thousands of workers.

One of its aims is to facilitate links between employers and training providers in order to improve the quality of training programs to fit the job.
